Our restaurant is well known throughout the Channel Islands and many consider it to be the finest eatery on Sark Island, though only the customers can confirm that. However, they do seem to come back often enough, so perhaps there is something in the claim after all.
There are far too many dishes on the menu to feature all of them, but a few that stand out are:
The Roasted Sea Scallops with Garlic Butter, Lobster Thermidor, Caramelised Breast of Duckling with a Green Peppercorn Sauce. Fillet of Home-grown Beef, Spring Lamb and Veal served with a light Madeira Sauce and garnished with a Medley of Wild Mushrooms, or perhaps succumb to one of Chef’s delicious vegetarian dishes. A Crème Brulée with a Montage of Exotic Fruits and Berries is simply delightful.
The Garden is another popular feature of our restaurant. Al fresco dining is enjoyed by many of our guests during the summer months.
